Shepherding together.
Pastors are teaching elders, with a particular calling to preach and teach. Ruling elders share in the spiritual care, discernment, and oversight of the church. Together, the elders form the Session.

Shared leadership.
A common calling.
Pastors, elders, staff, and deacons helping the whole church participate in the restoring grace of Jesus.
Leading in service.
Deacons lead particular areas of practical care and ministry, helping the church respond to needs and equipping others to serve. Their work reflects the New Testament’s call to compassionate, faithful service.
Supporting the mission.
Our staff carry the day-to-day work of ministry. Some also serve as pastors or deacons. Every role exists to build up the church and help others use their gifts.
